Steven Loveridge
Steven Loveridge has always been interested in computers and
especially the way they work in the real world. He recently rediscovered basic programs he wrote for his
Sinclair ZX-81 back in 1981 when he was 12 years old. When he first left Cambridge University in 1992 he was
an early user of the brand new World Wide Web; and he has always found his own IT support more reliable than the
use of professionals.
Steven’s education and career diversified from that 12 year
old’s interest in computers and has embraced public and press relations, political affairs, editing and
copywriting. He set up and ran two successful restaurant businesses in London and continues to have interests
in property and planning businesses in the UK.
Throughout this career, he has increasingly seen how the
successful use of the internet can improve small business performance. His approach to web design, internet
advice, and general consultancy for small businesses is neither confined to the limits of graphical design nor the
constraints of simple technical wizardry.
An intimate understanding of both the customer’s core business and
the way the internet can supplement this enable him to create solutions which truly enhance a business, rather than
simply creating an online brochure.
Steven’s combined skills in understanding language, design and the
technical aspects of the internet and search engines means that client’s web solutions are greater than the sum of
these parts.
